You can set a time when the app will remind you to check on your loved ones. If a relative hasn't pressed the "I'm OK" button within the set time, you'll receive a notification.

Does my elderly relative need a smartphone?

Yes, the app works on smartphones with iOS 14+ or Android 8+. The interface is as simple as possible — just two big buttons on the main screen. You can also add a widget to the home screen for even easier access.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. All data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS), location is only used when SOS is pressed and is not stored on our servers. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Access to features will remain until the end of the paid period. We don't charge cancellation fees.

What happens when SOS is pressed?

When SOS is pressed, all family members instantly receive a push notification with location. On the Extended plan, SMS and Telegram messages are also sent.
